I'll review them once I get them in and start using them. If you can't tell, I'm totally into the whole black and pink thing right now. I also bought an instrument to measure my body fat % and BMI. It received pretty good reviews on Amazon. I decided to buy my own, because my gym doesn't take body fat % and the base gym's instrument is broken. Here it is:

I will review it as well when it comes in. Since I'm starting all over on my program, I bought a new workout log. I use this to keep track of my sets, reps, and weight. Plus, I can look back and see how much weight I've increased. For example, back in January my weight was 35 lbs (3 sets of 12) for wide grip pulldown. Today I got up to 60 lbs for the same exercise and same sets/reps. Here is a page from my logbook today:
Tomorrow I'm going to hit the gym before Gavin's soccer game. I'll be working on abs and shoulders and I LOVE shoulders. I used to hate them and dread those workout days, but now, it's one of my favorite days. Arnold press...here I come!
