Final Results Are In!


Yesterday I completed Jamie Eason's 12 week LiveFit Trainer...every single day of it! To be honest, when I first started, I didn't think I'd stick with it. I thought I'd workout a day or two here and there, but never did I think I'd push myself as hard as I did. Like I mentioned in my previous post, I'm going to start the LiveFit Trainer all over again starting next Monday. This week I'm taking a small break. I'll still be in the gym, but just not following an actual program. However, today, Easter Sunday, I'm taking a well earned break. I just want to spend time with my kids, my family, eat some carbs (I'm dying after carb cycling the past three weeks), and give thanks to our precious Lord for giving us His Son. I know without Him, I wouldn't be who I am today. I can only pray that I contiune to grow closer to Him and serve Him.


Okay, sooooooooo....the results. Mind you, the first six weeks of the program, I did NOT calorie count or even paid attention to what I ate! Period. It was until the last six weeks that watched my calories, and monitored my proteins and carbs. Then I finished up with carb cycling the last three weeks. We'll talk about carb cycling when we get there on LiveFit Trainer Take 2! Here they are:


--Total inches lost: eight (This includes waist, hips, chest, arms, and thighs.)
--Total pounds lost: 12!


Overall, I'm ridiculously excited about my results! Not only did I lose inches and pounds, but I've gained aot of nice lean muscle! Before I start again on the 16th, I'm going to have my body fat % taken, that way I can track my progress even better.


About the before and after photos. The before pictures were taken on day one of my program on Jan. 17th. Sorry for the over all quality and the messy room, but I had no intention of sharing them at the time. I'm honestly embarrassed to show the now, but...who cares?! In my after photo, I'm eight inches and 12 lbs lighter! So...boo-yah, and in your face FAT!
